You need to be well-prepared for the transition to
learning in higher education, employment and in
your life. Emphasis is therefore placed upon both
independent and inter-dependent learning, and
developing your personal skills and qualities.
Being Post 16 only, the Academy has a mature
and positive ethos that enables all students to
structure their learning and focus upon their own
development in all aspects of their studies. This
approach encourages you to take ownership of
your own learning.
